Begin by sitting comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale.
Let go of any tension in your body. Relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and let your hands rest gently.

1. Centering the Mind

Breathe in deeply... and breathe out slowly.
Let each breath bring calm to your body and clarity to your mind.

Say to yourself silently:
"I am in control of my thoughts. I am focused, calm, and powerful."

2. Autosuggestion (Repeat your goal with emotion)

Now, bring to mind your Definite Major Purpose.
Repeat silently (or aloud) your personal affirmation. For example:

“I will earn $100,000 by December 31st, 2025, through my pastry business. I give excellent service and value in return. I believe it is mine. I see it. I feel it. I act on it.”

Feel the emotion behind the words. Feel the certainty and confidence.

Repeat it again, slowly, with belief.

3. Visualization (Create the scene in your mind)

Now imagine your goal as already achieved.
Where are you?
What do you see around you?
What are you doing?
Who is celebrating with you?

Feel the joy. Feel the pride. Feel the peace of knowing you did it.

Take a moment and really immerse yourself in that future reality. See the details. Hear the sounds. Feel the success.

4. Gratitude and Faith

Now bring your attention to your heart.

Say silently:
"Thank you for this vision. Thank you for the power to create my future. I trust the process. I act with faith."

Breathe in that gratitude... and breathe out doubt.

5. Affirm Your Power

End by repeating this to yourself:

“Whatever my mind can conceive and believe, I can achieve. I have the power. I have the purpose. I take action.”

6. Return Gently

Take one more deep breath...
Wiggle your fingers and toes...
And when you’re ready, gently open your eyes.

You are focused. You are aligned. You are ready.
